Western TVET College Application Date 2024-2025

Western TVET College’s online application portal for the 2024-2025 academic year opens on September 1, 2023. Prospective students must submit their applications before the closing date which is September 30, 2023.

Western TVET College Application Requirements 2024-2025

Prospective students are required to provide certified copies of the following documents:

• Certified copy of Identity documents/ birth certificate( compulsory for SA citizens)
• Certified copy of Passport or Passport Number(foreign students only).
• Copy Certified of latest school report / Grade 9 or higher
• An Email Address as well as a Cellphone Number.

Follow the steps below to apply;

• Submit documentation – you will receive notifications via email/SMS about your progress.
• Please read the minimum requirements before you apply.
• Westcol reserves the right to discontinue a programme based on insufficient student numbers or to move it to another campus.
• You need an active e-mail account as we will be communicating with you through emails.
• You must continuously check your email to ensure that you do not miss any communication.
•  All documents to be submitted should be originally certified copies and the certification should not be older than 6 months.
• Please make sure that you scan the documents in PDF format:

1.  Grade 12 certificate/Statement of results/Latest school report/DHET certificate
2. ID document
3.  Proof of residence
