Read the following information if you intend to enrol in classes at Any TVET College, including current and prospective students. The majority of registration hours will be from 8 am to 15 pm every day, and all registrations will take place on the school’s campus.

On the other hand, certain colleges offer a successful online registration system that enables students to register online through the institution’s main website. Students must arrive as early as possible on the registration day if their institutions do not provide online registration.

Who Should Register At TVET College

Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges in South Africa provide valuable opportunities for individuals to acquire practical skills and knowledge in various industries. PLEASE BE ADVISED: TVET Colleges registration costs are not refundable if you decide not to enrol in any of the schools or if you do not meet any of the college’s admission standards for the qualification you wish to pursue.

TVET Colleges operates on a cashless system. Therefore, the college’s approved bank account must be used for all cash and cheque payments.

REGISTRATION Fee FOR COLLEGE

You have one week before the start of classes to make a written cancellation of your enrollment. Learners will be responsible for paying the full amount of tuition costs if you don’t accomplish this.

CLASS FEES: Any of the colleges reserves the right to change class fees and are obtainable on request from campuses & Central Office.

REFUNDS: Refunds will only be considered based on the following:

Death of a learner (Full Payment)
Transfer to another educational institution (confirmed by the institution) in writing
Subject/programme no longer offered
Subject clashes due to the changes in the timetable

WARNING: UPON REGISTRATION, NO CASH SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ANY COLLEGE STAFF MEMBER OR ANY OTHER PERSON.

The National Accreditation Board (UMALUSI) accredits TVET colleges. Students must register at their respective TVET College in South Africa. The following documents must be presented during registration:

What you need for the placement tests (only NCV L2 students)

A certified copy or original of your ID document
The original or a certified copy of your latest school report/qualification.
R100 application fee.
You must complete the placement assessment.
