  2. Click on swgc student portal
  3. Student application (top left)
  4. Upload documents (certified ID & proof of residence) on “certificates seen” before submitting an application
  5. Submit application
  6. Find a programme or qualification
  7. Choose the faculty you are applying for
  8. Choose where (campus) & how you would like to study your Qualification (full-time/part-time/exam only)
  9. Academic preference
  10. Save and continue
  11. Accept application

What Are The documents to Submit During the SWGC Application In 2024

All applications require supporting documents to be submitted to the College.

  • Completed Application forms must be accompanied by the following documents:
  • Certified copy of the latest results/qualification
  • Certified copy of Identity document
  • Attached medical statement from a registered doctor if you have any disability or ongoing medical condition that will require you to seek special assistance from the College,

SWGC Registration Steps 2024

Login using your Student Number and PIN (Student Portal)

  • Click on ‘Registration’
  • Click ‘Submit Registration’
  • Click on ‘I Accept Rules and Regulations’ before you can continue
  • Subject selection (click on ‘Save’)
  • Choice of study (First time(F) or Part-time(P)–Remember to ‘Save/Accept’
  • Summary of cost and subject selection ‘Save/Accept’
  • Print a Proof of Registration (PDF), sign and submit a at Campus
  • Please Note: Returning students can only proceed to the registration step
  • after the results for the previous block are released and available on the system.
