- Â A 3-year recognized teaching qualification (REQV 13) with English as a major subject.
- 3-year teaching experience.
- Registration with SACE (South African Council of Educators).
- Knowledge of the legislative framework, FETC Act as amended, NQF Act, LRA, BCEA and SDA as amended.

SWGC Job Primary Health Care Lecturer (NCV) Minimum RequirementsÂ
- A recognized 3-year Degree/Diploma teacher qualification with majors in the particular field of study and In-depth knowledge of the subject (Biology, Life Sciences, Anatomy and Physiology).
- Â Registration with SACE (South African Council of Educators) will be an added advantage.
-  Excellent communication in English (written and verbal), organizing, planning and administration skills. Ability to monitor students’ performance and provide critical feedback objectively and professionally.
