Following the submission of your application, you will need the following information to track its progress via phone or computer.
- Student Name
- Student Number
- Email address
- Telephone Number
SWGC Application Status Track Process
To check your application status, please follow the steps outlined below. :
- go to the official website (https://www.swgc.co.za)
- Enter your application login details like your name, student number, etc., and then click on the Submit button
- You will be notified by email of your admission status, including whether or not you have been accepted.
If so, you will receive additional instructions for completing your enrollment.
Congratulations if your application to study at South West TVET College has been approved.
Is there an application fee for SWGC?
- An application fee is not paid.
Is South West Gauteng College funded by NSFAS?
- Indeed, they do. Being one of South Africa’s authorised public TVET colleges, South West Gauteng qualifies for NSFAS financing. According to the bursary plan, NSFAS provides financial help to about 95% of students participating in TVET college courses.
