Application To TVET Colleges In South Africa 2024

To apply to any of the tvet colleges listed below, follow these steps;

  •  Get your application form.

Throughout the application process, I give TVET College permission to contact me by email and cell phone. When completing your application, please be sure you provide one valid mobile number and a valid, active email address.

  •  Complete your application form in full

Verification of e-mail, ID and cell phone number. Your ID, e-mail and cell phone are used to authenticate you.

  •  Attach all supporting documents.

All applicants starting a new qualification are required to upload the following certified documents:

  1. Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)
  2. Certificates/Qualifications
  3. Recent Academic results
  4. Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)
  5. A valid study permit (Foreign national students)
  6. The South African Qualification Authority’s (SAQA) Evaluation Certificate (foreign qualifications).

Does NSFAS Cover a Student’s TVET College Fees

Since TVET Colleges are state-run public educational institutions, students who attend them are eligible for funding under the National Student Financial Aid Scheme in the form of NSFAS bursaries.

In addition to paying for a student’s tuition, the NSFAS bursary also provides housing (based on institution policies) and a living allowance.
