TVET Colleges In Johannesburg NSFAS Qualification Standard
This scholarship programme is exclusively open to citizens of South Africa.
- A student must be planning to enrol in one of South Africa’s fifty (50) public TVET colleges or be enrolled in a PLP, NC(V), or Report 191 programme;
- must need financial aid (the NSFAS determines a student’s eligibility for financial aid);
- Returning students must provide evidence of their documented and accepted academic achievement (academically meritorious) by the Bursary Rules and Guidelines or the College’s progression scheme, whichever is higher;
- The applicant must not be enrolling for a qualification that replicates prior state-funded learning; additionally, the applicant may be eligible if their combined gross family income does not exceed R350,000 annually and they have been accepted into or received a solid offer of enrollment from a college.
