KZN TVET College Online Application Requirement
For a student to qualify for an NCV Certificate, a student needs to have passed the following subjects:
- NCV Level 2 =7 subjects
- NCV Level 3 =7 subjects
- NCV Level 4 =7 subjects
- A total of 21 subjects is required to qualify to receive the exit level NCV Certificate at NQF Level 4.
- DHET will issue a Statement of Results for all levels. As the certification body, Umalusi will continue to issue certificates.
- Students who did not obtain all 7 subjects on one level in one exam sitting and who rewrote and passed outstanding subjects in a Supplementary or November exam, will have to apply for their certificates through the Campus exam office. This will take time and you may only receive this certificate after a minimum of 6 months.
How To Apply At KZN TVET College Online Application
- Step 1: Acquire your application form at the school’s Campus. Make sure you apply within the application cycle to avoid your application being rejected.
- Step 2: Fill in the form with all necessary documentation (Latest Academic Results) that is required of you to support your application. Certified copy of guardian\parent ID, Proof of residence, and Student-certified ID.
- Step 3: Remember you will need an email address when filling out the form, It is, therefore, advisable to create an email address if you don’t have one.
