As a private FET institution, Jeppe Institution does not grant bursaries. The only test for bursaries is held in February, and those who pass receive a percentage off of their tuition.

Before applying to the college, the following records must be obtained:
- three authenticated copies of the student’s ID
- Three official copies of the parent or legal guardian’s identification
- One ID-sized picture
- Authenticated copy of most recent report card/grade 9 or above
- A distinct phone number and email address
