Ekurhuleni West College Nsfas Application Eligibility

Applicants who fall within this area have qualified to apply for the NSFAS for the 2024  academic year.

  • Applicants must be South African citizens
  • Applicants must all SASSA grant recipients qualify for funding
  • Applicants whose combined household income is not more than R350 000 yearly
  • A person with a disability: Combined household income must not be more than R600 000 yearly
  • Students who started studying before 2018 and whose household income is not more than R122 000 yearly

Applicants should prepare these documents before applying for the NSFAS.

  • Applicants should submit an original copy of their Identity Documents/Birth Certificate
  • Applicants should submit original Academic Results Latest
  • Applicants should submit proof of parent’s income (If parent/s employed)
  • Applicants should submit death Certificate/s (If parent/s deceased)
  • Applicants should submit a doctor’s Certificate (If permanently disabled).

  • Applicants should  create a myNSFAS account
