Coastal TVET College Online ApplicationDate 2024-2025

The application season for 2024-2025 begins on September 1, 2023, and closes on September 30, 2023. Prospective students must submit their applications before the closing dates, however, late applications may not be considered for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Coastal TVET College Admission Requirement

To gain admission to NCV courses/programmes, applicants are required to meet the requirements. The requirements for NCV programs are listed below;

• NCV Level 2 =7 subjects
• NCV Level 3 =7 subjects
• NCV Level 4 =7 subjects
• A total of 21 subjects is required to qualify to receive the exit level NCV Certificate at NQF Level 4.
• DHET will issue a Statement of Results for all levels. As the certification body, Umalusi will continue to issue certificates.
• Students who did not obtain all 7 subjects on one level in one exam sitting and who rewrote and passed outstanding subjects in a Supplementary or November exam, will have to apply for their certificates through the Campus exam office. This will take time and you may only receive this certificate after a minimum of 6 months.

Documents Required For Coastal TVET College Online Application 2024-2025

Prospective students are required to provide certified copies of the following documents;

• Latest school results
• ID document of Applicant.
• Foreign students must provide their certified Passport
• ID document of parent(s) or guardian(s)
• A unique Email address as well as a cellphone number.
• Study Permit (foreign students).

Coastal TVET College Online Application Procedure 2024-2025

Follow the steps below to apply to Coastal College online for the 2024-2025 academic year:

• Visit the official website of Coastal College at  https://www.coastalkzn.co.za/
• Submit your Proof of payment (compulsory for SA and International applicants)
• Complete the online application form with the required information
• Upload certified copies of supporting documents
• Review and submit the application.
