• Applicants must submit a certified copy of Identity documents/ birth certificate( compulsory for SA citizens)
• Applicants must submit a certified copy of their Passport or Passport Number(foreign students only).
• Applicants must submit a copy of the latest school report / Grade 9 or higher
• Applicants must submit an Email Address as well as a phone number.

Applicants should follow these application steps to apply to the school successfully.

• Candidates should submit documentation – they will receive notifications via email/SMS about their progress.
• Candidates should please read the minimum requirements before they apply.
• Westcol reserves the right to discontinue a programme based on insufficient student numbers or to move it to another campus.
• Candidates need an active e-mail account as we will be communicating with you through emails.
• Candidates must continuously check their email to ensure that they do not miss any communication.
• Candidates should note that all documents to be submitted should be originally certified copies and the certification should not be older than 6 months.
• Candidates should please make sure that you scan these documents in PDF format:

1. Candidates grade 12 certificate/Statement of results/Latest school report/DHET certificate
2. Candidates ID document
3. Candidates Proof of residence.
