You must submit a certified copy of your identification.
You must present a certified copy of your next of kin’s identity.
The candidate’s student’s photo must be submitted.
A certified copy of the candidate’s highest degree is required.
You need to submit a copy of your proof of address.
You need to show proof of your NSFAS scholarship.
You must submit a certification date that is no more than three months old.
