2024/2025 Application To EWC

Three steps need to be completed to access our application system:

• The Career Guidance Exploration must be finished. (You can look into careers and come back later to do steps two and three. Just bear in mind to save your password and login.)
• A Pre-Entry Placement Assessment, which is described in the video, must be completed;
• After that, you have to fill out the online application form and upload your papers.

Documents Needed for Registration at EWC

Upon registration, all students are required to present or have available the following:

• An original/certified copy of the latest school report / Senior Certificate or highest certificate or results.
• An original/certified copy of the identity document/affidavit and photograph in case of no/lost identity document/birth certificate.
• Deposit / necessary fees.
• Accompanied by money for textbooks, kits, stationery and learning material (where applicable).
• They are preferably accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18.
• Proof of residential address and relevant contact details.

You must also attach identification documents for your parents or legal guardians and evidence of income if you want an NSFAS bursary.

If applicants have trouble using the internet, they can also come to the campus to schedule an online application session. To apply online, you can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
